Wife’s Logic

A husband and wife are having a quiet evening at home when the wife suddenly looks up from her book with a determined expression.

“Honey,” she says, “I’ve decided we need to clear out all the clutter in the house. We have too much stuff we don’t use.”

The husband looks around at their perfectly tidy living room. “Clutter? But everything looks quite organized to me.”

“Exactly!” she exclaims. “It’s organized clutter! We have things we haven’t touched in years, hidden away in drawers and closets.”

The husband sighs. “Alright, dear. What’s the plan?”

“Simple,” she replies. “Anything we haven’t used in the last six months, we get rid of.”

The husband nods slowly. “Sounds reasonable. So, we’ll go through the attic, the garage, all the storage boxes…”

The wife shakes her head. “No, no. Just your side of the closet.”
